Yep, we’re still alive. Sorta forgot about this site until Christine mentioned she was getting some spam comments from it.
Will post an update, someday, I assure you.

It’s been more than a month since we’ve posted. Things have been busy. Mike’s super-busy at work. I’m super-busy interviewing for jobs (hoping to hear some good news this week). And we’re in the process of moving - we put in an application for an apartment in Wilmington yesterday.
Today is Father’s Day, which means that my Dad is most likely already up and watering the lawn, even though it’s not even 8am yet. I’m sure Mom and the boys will be taking him bowling. And he’ll probably watch several hours of Family Guy.
I, however, will be going to see The Happening, and then reviewing it on MovieSnobs. I hope everyone has a wonderful Father’s Day, and we’ll keep you updated on the new apartment.

We have been very busy here in Jandreauville. After Mike’s India trip, he had a trip to Phoenix, also for work. I had to go to New York for a family funeral at the same time. Now we’re both back home, at least for a week.
Good news on the job front: I had a phone interview with a marketing firm this afternoon. They’ll let me know next week if I’m invited to come in for an in-person interview.
Mike’s off to Canada next week, again for work.
Oh, and I joined Twitter. If you’re on there, follow me so I don’t feel like a loser.

Lesson #1: You need to start lifting weights if an 8 lb. ball is uncomfortable for more than one game.
Lesson #2: Don’t bet Ryan. No matter how bad he seems to be playing. Putting money on the line suddenly makes him a better bowler.
Lesson #3: Once you’ve lost $10 to the kid already, don’t say double or nothing for the second game. You never play well your second game.
Lesson #4: Ryan has a guilty conscience. If you let him, he’ll figure out a way to give back the $20 he won from you. Including betting on the third game.

The newly named Mr. & Mrs. Jandreau are traveling this week, unfortunately not together. Mike had to go to India for work (so if you call a customer service number and get an American guy, it’s probably him…just kidding, of course). Since we knew ahead of time that he’d have to go to India for almost two weeks, I planned a trip to GA to visit the family.
Mike made it to India safely after the six hour flight to London, a six hour layover at Heathrow Airport, and a twelve hour flight to India.
I had a short three hour flight to Atlanta. It just doesn’t seem fair, does it?
We found out today that we get 100 4X6s from the photographer with the package we ordered, so if anyone has any shot they particularly like, we’d be happy to get you one. We have no use for 100 4X6 prints of us all over the apartment.
Hopefully Mike will have some nice pictures of India to share with us when he gets back.
